We are presently deconstructing this school building
in Suttons Bay, stay tuned for arriving framing materials in July -
described at the bottom of this lumber page, plus a bell tower ! The
store has already received a large quantity of "A" face 1/4", and 3/4"
plywood and "C" grade 1/2" plywood, all used on the inside of the building.
Come in for values you have to see to believe. |

2x4's. (measuring 1.5 inch by 3.5 inches.. They are priced at .20 per foot. We also have 2x8's @ .50 per foot, and LOTS of 1/2" plywood at $11.00 per 4x8 sheet! |

| Coming in July, framing lumber from 108 year old school house in Sutton's Bay: Full dimension 2 x 5.75" studs over 10 to 11' long Full dimension 3 x 12" joists, long lengths, large quantity. None of this material is grade stamped, check with your building inspector for their requirements. You can hire a lumber grader to site inspect your purchase.
