5. Customers
6. Staff selection, training, and development

DECONSTRUCTION:

Complete manual deconstruction
of buildings under 30' tall, as well as commercial
or interior deconstruction/demo. Jobs.

Over 80% of materials in a typical house is diverted out of
the waste stream and either resold or given away for reuse.
We bid the job just as any contractor would.
At house sites where either the foundation is being preserved,
or the site does not permit dump truck/excavator access,
then manual deconstruction is quite cost competitive.

WE PICKUP items within a 25 mile radius.

We send SALVAGE crews to local demolition or remodel sites to
remove items like cabinets, doors, lighting and plumbing fixtures.
We will travel up to 250 miles for large commercial or
institutional jobs, like high schools.
